Costa Rica among Central American countries considering Free Trade Agreement

Peru and the Central American countries of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala and Panama entered the third round of talks concerning a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) today. This round will continue through March 4, with hopes to complete discussion in July, 2011.
